His party have taken a big share of the vote.

As leader, he will need to direct his one member ... like Natalie Bennett with Caroline Lucas.

I think now UKIP have proved they are a serious contender for 2020 he will remain leader. He should do as he has no reason to resign unless personally he has had enough which I doubt.
