11 Years For Stabbing His Teacher!

A couple of weeks ago former banker Tom Hayes was sentenced to 14 years in prison for conspiracy to defraud, yet a 14 year old racist Bradford teenager, with previous convictions, gets 11 years for stabbing his teacher in the classroom, it is likely he'll only serve 3 years if he behaves himself! What is wrong with our judiciary, the 'boy' should've been banged up for life, serving at least 20 years before being allowed to apply for parole!

I've just heard on News at Ten. The offender went on Facebook straight afterwards and posted:

My teacher was getting funny
So I stabbed him in the tummy.

The post got sixty-nine 'likes'.

It's not 11 years, it's UP TO eleven years, which means nothing really. It might as well be UP TO 1000 years, because he will be out in a much shorter time as we all know.

The notion that we should execute a child to save money is at least as barbaric as the crime committed, without the saving grace that you are (I assume) a sensible adult rather than a seriously misguided youth.

You wouldn’t know this youth if you fell over him – where do you get off saying he is ‘feral’ and he is bound to offend again? Were you in court?

Simply making sweeping assumptions based on media information does nothing to address the issues that lead to this kind of dreadful crime.

It would seem he was sentenced to 6 years with a further 5 on licence after his release. He is expected to actually serve 2 years and 10 months according to his brothers Facebook page!!!

Reading some of the comments on here, I am reminded of the scenes outside the Courts when the two boys who were convicted of the murder of James Bulger were taken away by the Prison van.
