'she' only got 12 weeks. So only 6 weeks to serve, with early release 'on tag' She will only be in jail 2 weeks.

This person recieved quite a small sentence for a serious assault .12 weeks.
If this criminal has such a good punch to knock the victims teeth out then why the hell is anyone worrying about harm to this person in the nick. This person seems to know how to punch their way into trouble so no doubt can punch themselves out of trouble.
This person should have been taken to any nick and shoved into segregation wing with all the other people with odd and criminal ways.
Job done so what is the problem that we should be concerned about. ?

Am loving the fact that so many posters are referring to her as she. Shows how far we've come in a very short space of time.

I think it's right to send her to a female prison. It seems completely logical to me.

Surely he can't be the first criminal in this predicament, so what about all those others that are still locked up, not only in the wrong body, but also in the wrong prisons?
