The fact that this serial attacker of women (if it proves to be him) has been arrested ought to be reason enough for celebration.

Is nationality has every thing to do with it, we need to know the type of people we are inviting into this country.
Perhaps you will remember the Libyan soldiers that have recently been jailed and the rest of their colleagues who were sent back, notice also the large numbers of young single male migrants that are carrying out rapes in the various camps.
