//I really don't know how American people can think Trump would be a good president.//

The thing I hate most about elections is when you are faced with a ballot paper containing a list of names of people who you literally do not know, other than what you get from the flyers through the letterbox, leaving you to decide about a high-salaried job opportunity based on a mix of "do I trust this face" (and waistline, if it looks like they're already well fed) {that's sizeist, sorry} and whatever your existing party preference is. (The farm animal with a blue rosette on it trope).

The worry, for me, is that all the viewers of his apprentice show will think this is a guy they know inside and out; how he treats people, whether he's fair minded (in the workplace milieu, if nowhere else), his views on how business should and what consumers want, so they might *think* they know exactly what they are getting. "Better the Devil you know", as it were, even if their politics are far from aligned with his.

The right are, meanwhile, busy trying to get Clinton and Libya into the same Tweet as often as possible. I'm not au fait with the full details of the other issue, the emails thing, nor the wider ramifications - did she compromise matters of National Security, for instance? Or did it involve a device with adequate encryption of transmissions and robust user interface security?

I've seen many retweeted Bernie Sanders memes on my timeline and he speaks a lot of common sense but I suspect he is appealing to the young, the dispossessed and the low-to-average-paid sector and promising to make life fairer for them which we all know is a folorn hope.

Hillary aged 69 and Sanders in his 70s? Has there been any serious debate about the wisdom of selecting candidates in this age bracket? Or are they both fit-as--fiddle centenarians-to-be?

Again, I get the feeling that they're banking on Hillary because they want that Hollywood ending: 1st woman president and she's the only female Democrat politician with a high enough public profile, not to mention prior experience in a government position.

You've Been Trumped should be compulsory viewing for anyone who wants to express opinions about him.

Or Alec Salmond.

Whilst he has a groundswell of support, like Farage, I have to be careful about drawing parallels between him and Farage since the latter has yet to block a neighbour's views with an artificial dune, describe the appearance of their home in a disparaging way, interrupt their water and electricity supply, half-ruin a scarce natural habitat with construction traffic and bulldozers or try to get an offshore wind farm cancelled so as not to spoil the scenery for his clients.

Or prattle on about his (claimed) Scottish heritage.

No need for any apologies, we can all be wrong at times.
I'm with TTT, hope so !
I wish we could catch Mr Speaking-about-himself-in-the-third-person on tape, saying stuff like this
