Zacs-Master // Andy, if they were conscious of their privelidge and truly dedicated, they would never use the option to strike. It's called a vocation//
I entirely believe that they are aware of the privelidge, and truly dedicated.
But calling a profession a 'vocation' is not carte blanche for a government to impose an unsuitable and unsafe contract on its members, and then finger-wag at them for reacting to it in the only way that will make the government return to the negotiating table.
It is precisely because junior doctors are as dedicated to their patients as they are, that they reluctantly take this action to prevent the actions of a government chasing cash and votes, from harming those patients in the long term.
