When they are discovered in lorries at the Cobham services on the M25 it is a simple matter to discover where the lorry came from and what route it took. Unless they claim (and can prove) that they boarded the lorry somewhere other than France it would be easily demonstrated, beyond much doubt at all, that that is where they came from. Under the rules they are not refugees, have no right to claim to asylum and can be returned there forthwith. France can worry itself about testing their blood or whatever.
The trouble is there is no political will to do this because we must not upset our EU “partners”.
