How ironic as that is what the Belgian police are, Fascists.

At the commune level, they take them off the unemployed list, don't pay them much, don't train them much and let them loose on the communities. At the national level, they are para-military and thugs - and the lack of trust is the major reason that the Muslim extremists have flourished there.

Very much so. They are the Anti-Capitalist thugs who threw a heavy fire extinguisher off a high building in London a year or so back. They were the ones who also poured red paint over the railway station concourse at Kings Cross recently. They were the ones who invaded some small coffee/sandwich shop in the East End of London and frightened customers and owners alike.

There were some pretty nasty activities done in the name of Mao's cultural revolution. The trouble is when you get far enough to the left it starts to look rather like the far right. Think of National Socialism in Germany 1930's.

Khandro has hinted at what I am sure I posted a little while back. The political spectrum is not a flat line with the 'far right' at one end and the 'far left' at the other. We must think of it more of a complete circle. Take that flat line that I described, now bend it into a complete circle. The two extremes meet perfectly, together, indistinguishable from each other, of the same type, but giving themselves different labels to confuse the unwary. They display the same traits and use the same methods of 'persuasion' their aims are the same. Total power and brook no opposition. Despicable all of them, they would take away your democracy in the name of idealism.

Had a wonderful Crab Sandwich in Helston, in Easter 2015 ! It was so nice and such good value for money, I shall make a further pilgrimage later this week !
