However, with 313 monthly users, it's inevitable that a teeny tiny fraction will find something offensive.

I bet you could tweet a photo of a sunset in Gloucestershire, or a helicopter landing, or a plate of Gorgonzola and at least one of the 313 million Twitter users would be outraged.

So why is so much oxygen expended on them?
