After This Conviction
Polish driver gets 10 years for the death of 3 children on the Newbury Bypass, this driver was using his Mobile to upload Music, does this not tell the stupid Gov that an Instant ban of 1 year, a £1000 fine, when will they listen.

As it is there is rarely anyone about to catch them. I once saw a driver navigating a rather tight uphill bend whilst talking on the phone and shaving...... I was left standing on the pavement stunned....
i totally agree with you the law needs to get tougher,i was sickened by it all and the man lived on the next close to me.he has a couple of polish friends who also live nearby who both have vans with no tax or mot on them.they dont think the law applies to them.very sad story and my heart goes out to the family.
