well we did it for the Isle of Man for German internees during the war ( and the guards robbed them as they made their way up there)
The only problems are technical - it is obviously against the law.
( yeah well change de law den!) - British islands and bases are NOT ouside english law - they are subject to it. ergo no imprisonment without trial / lawful process
American supreme court ruled american bases were outside american law in 1942. British law says exactly the opposite
