There is a well recognised condition called "Narcissistic Personality Disorder". Some of it's traits are to believe there are special reasons making you different, better, or more deserving than others. Fragile self esteem. Feeling upset if others ignore or don't give you what you feel you deserve, and putting your own needs above those of others and expecting the others to do the same. To say nothing of taking advantage of others kindness or tolerance.

In defence of AOG, and others, I have to say that I am more likely to be impressed by someone who has fewer BA's per post as they are probably the ones who are willing to challenge what is being said. Let's face it 'best answer' really means 'answer I like best'.

For what I think really must be the last time, I would use that term of for the participants of any such shambolic “parade” or “carnival”. Exhibitionism (for that is the only way I can see it) to me is creepy and weird and so (for me, and I accept I’m in the minority) those involved must attract the label of creeps and weirdos. I get called weird and creepy because I like steam locomotives. It's no big deal.
