If this took place in marginal constituencies - which would have been the whole point of doing it - could it have made a big difference to the outcome of the election?

It seems to me and many others, that the result of the Oldham by-election of 2015 was achieved by foul means and distortion of the spirit of what postal voting is about and if it happened there it can happen anywhere in marginal seats.
Electoral fraud in student politics is nothing new. It was done on a massive scale when I was up in the 70s. The candidate favoured by the executive always won.
Mickey - You mentioned the money from the non-existent money tree so this will be the same tree as Corbyn would have used to finance the tuition fees for students who made it known that was their reason for voting for him.
What about Theresa May's magical money tree, which she suddenly discovered while trying to prop up her own weak government?
