It's not the first time people have made a point about Trump, you've raised doubts that he ever said what it was said he said, and then it turns out that he actually did say it -- and you never seem to own up to the increasingly obvious fact that you don't really know a lot about what Trump has actually said or what he stands for. At some point, it might be worth reading into a few of his quotes for yourself.
As for the "spin" -- the Paris Agreement technically doesn't have to cost the US anything, because it's not exactly a binding document anyway. To be specific, there is no formal "punishment" for not complying with the agreement.
It's also a bit of "spin" to send this notification now, because the agreement doesn't come into force for another two years and it takes one year to withdraw. So if he's sending it now it's to try and grab back positive headlines to appease his base support.
I'm not sure on the claim that the agreement would lead to "millions" of job losses, but so far as I can see Trump hasn't been clear on why he thinks that or where his figures come from either.
