Doesn't this demonstrate that Labour have become the real nasty party?

The Labour supporters on this site must be gutted gulliver is also a Labour supporter with some of the inane nonsense she spouts.

Her village must be missing her.
IF Corbyn were ever to become PM, he'd save the tax-payer a lot of dosh by not having a Minstry of Defence.

Wonder what he'll be doing on Remembrance Sunday at the Cenotaph?
(Bet he doesn't wear a poppy)
Oh well suppose this thread has taken the heat of Weinstein, Fallon, Damian Green Brexit etc , perhaps the next subject will be about Bregret!
Corbyn should be banned from the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday. He clearly has little respect for the memory of our fallen, or our monarchy and evidently would rather be elsewhere in any case. We do not need this disgrace of a man making shabbying the event with his presence.
Gulliver, this thread is about Corbyn, there are other threads about those you mention.

Hazi, I agree with you.
I'm disappointed, having seen the title to this post I expected Corbyn to have been 'in touch' in a totally different way.
// Corbyn should be banned from the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday. //

That would let him off the hook. He needs to stand there looking awkward and hypocritical.
maybe he'll come down with a convenient flu?

/// This post is just to divert attention from Fallon and the Troubled Con party , Typical Tory Trick. ///

With thinking like this, let us hope that WW3 isn't declared, since it will then be described a typical Tory trick to divert attention from Fallon and the Troubled Con party.
We spent £60 million on the 100th anniversay (not commemoration) of World War I. At a time when the Gvernment were inflicity austery cuts on the poorest in society, Corbyn was entitled to his opinion. I agree with local remembrance services, but te £60 million was a mistake. And it was’t just old Trots who thought so, many across the political spectrum thought the celebrations were not good.

Who has made anything up?

And if you are aiming at me I made a mistake on the date, but then pious you never make mistakes or at least you refuse to admit it when you do.

Gromit; What a load of nonsense in your quote; "The Government will not be celebrating the 100th anniversary of World War One, the minister in charge of marking its centenary has said."

Nobody now or ever has "celebrated" the the deaths and casualties of the wars, it is a commemoration in, fact it's called "Remembrance Sunday".
