Daniel Shaver: Police Officer Not Guilty Of Murder
http:// www.bbc .co.uk/ news/wo rld-us- canada- 4227730 9
Its quite clear that the Officer had no need to kill this man, so how can he have been found not guilty ?
Is it any wonder that the American Police are losing their credibility ?

It's too late when he draws a weapon and shoots the cop. American cops are trained to shoot to kill as a wounded criminal can always shoot back. You see videos on YouTube of people drawing a gun and shooting at a policeman just for a traffic stop. We need to protect the police.
Difficult...very difficult
"He was pleading for his life, and he was unarmed, and no danger to the Police." In retrospect ......yes, but at the time mikey that would have been a sweeping statement. He made a move to his waste...supposing he had an explosive device.....just supposing.
If you decide to shoot him, then you have to kill him.....whatever it takes.
One has to be at the scene, in the moment of decision and then, make that decision.
I agree with the post of bhg.
