/// the right to buy your council house or flat past or present does not help either. ///

Oh that old chestnut again, if the tenant was unable to buy his or her house/flat it would still be occupied by them, so it would most likely not become vacant property for many years to come.
Yes the right to buy has nothing to do with the housing shortage.

Another red herring similar to the buy to let claims.

One doesn't necessarily have to be none-white to come from a foreign country.
Population increase inevitability puts pressure on resources. Especially if rapid. Difficult to convince those here to show restaint and have 2 or fewer kids; easier to stop making the situation worse, by curtailing immigration. Consequently immigration is the problem area to tackle.
OK AOG I will spell it out further for you as you seem to be struggling a bit today!
There were no johnny foreigner they were all nice UK persons

Young people moving out of their family home and living independently is definitely an important factor in the alleged housing shortage.

That's because the number of people per house has fallen from an average of five, to two.

Additionally, there's another demand pressure...universities. Over the past few decades, the number of young people studying at university has exploded. When I was at school, university was an exception rather than a rule. Now, we have a situation where there are hundreds of thousands more young people studying away from home. This puts extra pressure on the housing stock.

These are all factors. Solely blaming immigration is incorrect and oversimplifies the root cause.
“…the right to buy your council house or flat past or present does not help either.”

That policy did not diminish the overall housing stock but it did transfer wealth in housing from the taxpayer to private individuals leaving the taxpayer with a lack of housing to fulfil their obligation to house the poor with. And all for a few more votes from those who benefited in order to stay in power. For shame.

Why is it lucky to see only white faces in public places?
//There were no johnny foreigner they were all nice UK persons //

OK, so now you must be claiming you, and your family around the country, went round A&E questioning all the patients to discover whether they were British or not. There is no other way you could know this unless you, and your family around the country, were the only ones in A&E !!
Sarcasm SP, as I am sure you know.

I find Isays claims, especially when she brings her family into it somewhat laughable.
Ditto Herefordshire, Shropshire and Worcestershire hospitals, for the most part there are a lot of white people in the waiting rooms and a lot of non white people treating them. Big cities are not representative of the whole country, just as the countryside is not representative of the big cities, but why are we talking about race, this is supposed to be about immigrants ( presumably of all colours, or am I wrong, are some immigrants not as 'worrying' to some members as others?)

/// YMB I have often spoken to my family who are spread throught the UK and they all confirm what I have said in the previous post. ///

Obviously she has just phoned around her family and asked them "Have you seen many foreigners in your A&E"? That's it or they are more healthy and less accident prone in their areas.

I wonder if they have seen any of those TV clips of today's British school classes?
SP, the 'causes' you are putting forward do have an effect but they are gradual and so can be planned as can controlled immigration. It is the unfettered mass immigration that is the problem. No country can plan for that.
AOG, funnily enough we do talk a lot and more often than not I talk about some of the folk on AB.
In particular some of the more extreme minded folk as I like to get my fathers opinion on topics discussed - as he is of the older age group.
So please stop trying to make me out to be a liar - this is the 3 time you have made such comments in the last 2 weeks!
Unless of course you have proof that I am lying then feel free to share it!

" johnny foreigner" ?????????

That's a bit racist.
Oh and my young nieces and nephews are at school and their parents have confirmed previously that there are no problems where their children attend.
That could be because of course they do not see an issue with immigrants attending school the same way you do!
If you say so AOG - but then you would know!

Where on earth have I lied? pPrhaps a little comical sarcasm, but never lies.
