I don't think he has covered himself in glory since the Election, plus it is said that he and Theresa do not get on. I think that she can safely sack him, given that he isn't much of a threat to her.

I think the Conservative Party thinks Hunt is doing an excellent job. He remained as NHS minister after the election. Why would he stay in post if there was any sense that he was making a mess of it.

Looks to me as if he is pushing forward their agenda to privatise the health service, and (in their eyes) making a success of a very difficult task.

Either they think he has not yet finished the job (in which case he'll remain as Health minister and given a promotion later), or they think he has pushed it far enough that someone else can take over and he'll be given a big promotion.

Even so oe seemed to refer to a book by Hunt in 2005, 12 years ago. It is not ago Tory agog end it is Hunts opinion.

The other seems to be about contracts given to private companies, Labour started this! However surely if agog end private company can do it cheaper tHan the Nhs then that is the sensible way ti g certainly until the Nhs gets its act together on the bloatedand poor administration and management?
