While our PM threatens a whole nation over an attack on a double agent and his daughter, crimes like these acid attacks are on the increase in her own capital, along with stabbings and terrorist attacks, get your priorities right Mrs May.

/// I'm not sure how you can compare acid attacks that are mostly perpetrated by locals against other locals or someone they know, to terrorist attacks. It's certainly not like with like ///
It most certainly is, most of the terrorist attacks that we have witnessed were committed by 'locals' against other locals.

o god hahahaha as Nigh said a few days ago
'some of this should be in the jokes section'
( clarion - nerve gas - false flag)
I think dear sweet old AOG has raised a valid point
one is a state crime ( you know like the act of attainder against Strafford 1642) which involves unlawful acts sponsored by people in charge with ( sorry wiv) political intent
and one is a gormless crazy just on for a good night out ( like Fenton's murder of Buckingham 1628 )
[ yeah yeah the usual suspects fall on their keyboards to quip " who Strafford, who Fenton, when 1642?" etc etc]
and with state sponsored crime like Lockerbie or this one or Markov what DO you do ? which is any good / use

his sentence was certainly warranted, had i been the judge it would have been double the time. As NJ says he will be out sometime age 22, no time at all for the damage he has caused.
as to the other matter what on earth can Mrs May do about the poisoning of the Russian spy? she can abrade the Ambassador but that is about all i would suspect.
