Sorry folks, but this looks like a publicity scam to me. You don’t just fall off a cruise liner unless you have some help from humans or alcohol. No sympathy for this woman, who was probably wearing a hard hat and neck brace when she left the boat.
I've just read the link and if it's only a PR stunt it's not worked for me. I can't mind on the name of the cruise liner, the woman is named only as "Kay" and I've no idea who she is or what she does.
I worked at sea for many years, and there was a saying “ only fools and first timers sit on the rail” there is no way this woman fell overboard unless she was sitting on the rail or was lifted and pushed.
