[after the Arena bomb I asked if the libyan community was cooperating with the police and a Libyan said - jesus of course they are - noone here wants to go back to Libya (his own bruvva was minus a hand...). it was the family / comunity that said to the Brits: "you know his brother (Arena bomber) is in prison in Libya dont you" - easy to extradite
