No leave her where she is, she's nothing but a massive problem and one which the UK doesn't need to welcome back because it doesn't have to hopefully. She was 15, not 5 when she left, she made an informed choice, and now she will have seen brutality normalised to top it off, so she's potentially very dangerous. If you let her back in there is no jeopardy in leaving or example to be set, whereas if you don't and she's banned from the UK it will at least send out the message that there are serious lifelong prices to pay if you leave and join Isis.
