However.....no mention of breasts there, which I presume would be due to the fact that they are not sexual organs as defined by Chambers.

But....in the name of pragmatism, just ask any male, if female breasts have a sexual connotation. It is the breasts of the naked woman that may cause excitement ...sexual excitement......and not the hidden labia of the female vagina.
