All I can say is I help the bereaved every day of my life. I have listened to people who have suffered the most awful tragedy and in some cases witnessed it. All I can say is that grief is an extremely complex and subjective emotion which has surprising effects.

It's heartbreaking. Having seen the whole post from the mother and seen references to some really disturbing things which were posted on social media, she appeared to be trying to clear some things up in her post.

I wasn't looking for anything like that, the news broke much earlier locally with the emergency services trying to rescue the baby and things were being posted in comments on news articles.

When it all comes to light it will probably be --'mental health problems , drugs or jealousy'.
Over the last few years there have been an alarming number of cases of children being killed by one or other of their parents.

It all makes me feel rather sick. I understood years ago that there were young minds I could not reach, but now I simply can't comprehend how anyone could do this. I remember putting my baby on the floor and screaming at the walls in frustration - but this. NO! The selfish 'selfie' generation. :(

I endorse all the horror of previous posts. More annoying that after throwing his son in the river, the man said how much he loved his son.
