Words fail me, there is no excuse for that dreadful act.

I would join you Bobbi, if it's true it's horrendous.

Marval ,he will be given the maximum a judge can ( hopefully) I sincerely hope the big boys go after him in prison but no doubt he will be put in solitary for his own safety, what about that poor wee baby's safety ?

Question Author
It's true Balders,it's on the Evening News

I don't doubt you at all.
//but no doubt he will be put in solitary for his own safety, //
Trust me, even in solitary he wont be safe!!
The pecking order, even in prison, carries on....
God bless baby Zakari.

Too many children are let down by those who should care the most.
I read about it this morning. Yes a sick world, it's unfathomable. I also found it unfathomable that the mother took to facebook to declare her grief, If that were me I couldn't have strung two words together.
Question Author
Yes Prudie, It said so on the News, I'd have had to be sedated not posting on FB
Just saw this on the news. I'm in disbelief, lost for words and quite teary.

Poor little mite :(

Question Author
He didn't have a chance ,did he Tiggs ?
Some people seem to be so full of hate they would do anything to inflict pain on another.

I live just up the road from where the pregnant mother was stabbed in Thornton Heath a few months ago. Both mother and baby died :(
Question Author
Oh Dear God that's horrendous , I saw that on the news
Horrific. Poor little boy.

However, I do not believe we should judge people in their grief. People grieve in very different and surprising ways. It might be that the mother posting on FB was just her way - whether it is viewed in a good or bad light. It might be that it was how she was seeking to cope.
Question Author
Very true BM, and we don't know where her head is at and I suppose it's easy to cast dispersions from afar
The poor little angel. His mother must be numb with grief.
On FB less than 24 hours after her baby's death? You are far more magnanimous than me but I knew that anyway.
I can’t understand how a baby can be thrown into a river. Nor do I understand how Facebook is pertinent after such a tragedy. RIP.
I would be too numb with grief to even boil a kettle, let alone post on social media.

But ... we're all different. Maybe she's trying to process it, maybe she wants the world to know that someone loved and adored him.
Question Author
Or, her way of wanting to be left alone to grieve which I'm not sure FB is the right platform for that, but different strokes I suppose
