Court has issued the ruling that Parliament has not been prorogued. Not sure that Johnson "sitting tight" can work. Especially as he said, loud and clear, that the Government will respect the impartiality of judges.

One does not go running to the courts whenever a political decision is made. It's not hyperbole it's the way things are going and needs to be pulled back. The whole system is a shambles. It can not be a legal issue when a break is decided upon. Never has been in the past. Government is being neutered and our once proud system made into a laughing stock.

Maybe Boris can ask for another prorogation and folk can test whether one soon after another is legal or not.

Whether or not Parliament sits has no impact per se on Brexit. It's true that the present Parliament will (almost certainly) stop a No Deal exit. But that is no reason to tell Parliament to sid off.

The Supreme court is packed with paid upEUSSR stooges and placemen. This is now a constitutional crisis and Her Majesty has no other option than to dissolve Parliament and call for fresh elections. The Lump dims and the Marxists have held their conferences but the Conservative conference is now all but cancelled then? Cannot carry on like this and we all know it. You only have to look at the background of most of these Supreme Court judges to realise that today's judgment was never in doubt....nearly all of them married to the eussr

Lord Reed was president of eu judges forum on the environment, has also done a stint as a judge with echr, also advised eu on turkeys admission

most of these judges that were on this case are directly linked with and are pro eussr one way or another, they have taken money from the eussr

look them up if you can be bothered...the decision was never in doubt...it changes nothing though we are still leaving the grasp of the corrupt eussr and its empire bulding machinations
