Do You Think That Terrorists Can Be
rehabilitated, those say who languish in our prisons.
Answers
Have terrorists like the IRA been 'rehabilitat ed' or have they just accepted the situation while continuiong their 'struggle' in less overt ways? People like Adams and the late not-lamented McGuiness will always be regarded as terrorists by me, as my mother used to say You can't polish a turd. A lot of this debate about releasing terrorists is about playing...

Pixie, //we need to look at the actual causes, rather than the easy... blame it on a religion.//
The religion is the ‘actual’ cause. Without the religion, it wouldn’t be happening.
PP, I’ve told you what the Koran says. It should be no problem for an expert googler such as yourself to check it out. Foo! You don't even have to be a deep finker! ;o)

It isn't the truth... that is my point. If you look at the truth, science, statistics etc. It is far from the truth. And the longer we deny it, the further we are from ever being able to solve it.
Out of interest, if it was down to you to prevent all terrorist attacks next year... we can assume an equal number of individuals, to keep it fair...
Would you...
A) lock up all muslims (bearing in mind most are female, many are young children and many are elderly people...)
B) lock up males between the ages of 18-60
Which do you think would have the most effect

er I dont need you to tell me what the Koran says ....hut hey thankks anyway. somehow I think you sort of Trump translate it - ('it says haraam but that means "not haraam")
I read it myself, and yes I read it in Arabic
https:/ /quran. com/2
is surat al bagarah ( but er of course you know that)
and off to 173
https:/ /quran. com/2/1 73-183
and the English translation is below that curly scriptie thing
to wit:
"He has only forbidden to you dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which......"
and haram is second word from the right and lahm ghanzir is fifth from left - put the cursor on the curls and it translates ....
I thought you said you had read the Koran - but er clearly not that bit
so once again - yes PP I agree that the Q says ......

Pixie, their battle cry is ‘Allahu Akbar’ - God is the greatest - and they take their instruction from the Koran and other accepted Islamic literature. They are Islamists and there are none so devout as those who give their lives for their religion. To deny that is not only an insult to them (not that I mind you insulting them), but an insult to their thousands of innocent victims too - and that I do object to. Actually it's quite shameful. Forget your course in psychology. It's useless. None of it applies to the mindset under discussion here.
PP. Arabic - even your googled version - is clearly not your forte because you’ve missed a bit. I want to say ‘Stick to what you know - English’, but more realistically that would be ‘gobbledegook’ - and whilst you’re at it, hone your memory. If you want to be taken seriously a good memory is beneficial. ;o)

I have never used those words... that could be a 6 week course, which tells you nothing more than you would already know. You don't know what I have done.
I don't know what your qualifications are with religion either, but I have enough respect to read what you say, without referring to your "course on religion".
