Ok For Some
Not only is Boris enjoying the PM's country retreat but also his bit on the side. So she hasn't breached government guidelines regarding staying home, saving lives etc etc ???

"No, no" the Chairman exclaimed, "Becoming a member is quite simple. All you have to do is to win the Gentlemen's or Ladies' Singles competition!"
So, Diddley, the solution for you is similarly simple. If you want to become one of the "some" for whom you believe it is alright, all you have to do is to become Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.

If believed, the infectious period after this dangerous disease is uncertain:

Good grief Diddly you are without doubt one of the most bitter and sour posters on here at the moment. Possibly ever.
The man has just survived a brush with death and is recovering from the Coronavirus and you are nothing but spiteful.

What most people on this thread have failed to understand is that Boris has broken the rules of lockdown which were created by him/his government. I obviously need to spell them out in words of half a syllable:
1. Do not travel to your second home.
2. Do not make unnecessary journeys.
Chequers is not his primary residence. Therefore Rule 1 broken.
It would have been a very short journey from St Thomas's to Downing St but he chose to travel 40-50 miles instead. Rule 2 broken.
As for Carrie - I understood that when Boris first developed symptoms at 10-11 Downing St, she self-isolated at a different property somewhere in London. So she's broken all the rules too.
Therefore it's a case of "Do as I say, not as I do and I'll do whatever I like". Not a good example to set the nation.

no 10 would NOT be a clever place to isolate or recover at since it is the hub of central government ...best Boris is kept at distance in Chequers..with communications...and why shouldn't his pregnant fiancée be with him ? she too has been sick... this is not the time to nitpick but pull together...
