New offence to go alongside DWB. How much more do they want before admitting deep institutional racism?

PP, if your going to quote me, please quote me correctly.

Copy and paste avoids errors.
"you're" not "your"
//Peter is calling us dumb now. How does he get away with it?//
Exactly who is he calling dumb?. as far as I can see he is offering alternative names for Libfac.
// I recall a black police Inspector was stopped in his private car about 10 years ago.//
and he said it was druggist - ter daah

sozza - level of this thread is 0/10
one swallow doesnt make a summer

what is Ali Dizaei doing these days?

PP is learning dis, I think they let him do what he likes.
// PP, if your going to quote me, please quote me correctly.//

well if it isnt exact - then you can say that 'I didnt say that ' cant you ? An overused comment I concede. I submitted an anagram of Richard Ingrams then editor of the notoriously accurate Private Eye as "Ignoramus errs" in one of their prizes
It didnt win - and is out by the a few letters

I am sorry the hair dryers are calling

That's right Retro (also TT). PP and me and good pals, both learning disabled, so we get away with things, me being a complete idiot.
TTT is PP's phraseology really any different to your use of obscure acronyms?
Oh come on boys I would never insult you !
(personally)
I respect you too much
My sincere apologies if too many of you read my posts and think - o god him again, next post .....

Švejk? What's your take, PP?
my take - I am not sure
women tend to use poison when they kill
whereas men use violence
but I am not sure it is sexist to say so

anyway police owned cars are flagged arent they?

and even I have noticed the majority of drug dealers were non white and the majority of mules are white teenagers on bikes.

so I really dont know what the answer is
danny there's no comparison, Alan Turing couldn't work out PPs drivel.
//anyway police owned cars are flagged arent they? //

Usual misinformed nonsense. No they are not flagged because police officers are the registered keepers.
> I recall a black police Inspector was stopped in his private car about 10 years ago. He was found to have a large quantity of recreational drugs in the vehicle which he was dealing.

Unless he was stopped because he was black, that's a pointless recollection.
"Unless he was stopped because he was black, that's a pointless recollection. " - err only to the LibFacs! PMSL, it shows that even a police inspector can be drug dealing scum. People get pulled over all the time only non whites seem to moan about it.
It's not pointless at all. It demonstrates that regardless of rank it matters not.Not all senior police officers are lily-white and can/will transgress. It also demonstrates the integrity of police officers who do not turn a blind eye because a warrant card is produced to them by the transgressor.
It's irrelevant because the guy you recall was dealing drugs. Suspicion of that would be a legitimate reason for stopping him, whatever his skin colour.

In this case, Charles Ehikioya was not dealing drugs and in his opinion as a Met police inspector there was no reason to pull him over other than something trumped by the officers who did it, who hadn't even activated their body cameras. He believes he was pulled over simply for being black, he's tried to handle it through an internal complaint and he's got nowhere. So he's gone public.

When white police inspectors are pulled over, it's not because they are white.
He was pulled over in this case because of the alleged manner of his driving i.e. excessive speed and a possible traffic light offense. Two moving traffic offences which are sufficient grounds to stop and,if necessary request a breath test. You are suggesting that because he is a black driver these alleged offences should be ignopred. So what if the officer momentarily failed to switch on his body cam.He did so soon after exiting his car. If I had been stopped in myy car I would of been out of my driving seat like a shot not refusing to get out. A police inspector with 22 years service should know the rules and reasons an officer may have to stop anyone including a simple driving licence production.
danny - read his answers slowly next time.
ummmm. That doesn't really answer my question.
