I think Arizona is being counted by some and not others. Maybe some are prepared to use unofficial figures before the official announcement.

CNN still had Trump
213 as they’ve not called a Maine congressional district for Trump yet

I don’t think official announcements are ever made until weeks later.
That is why media organisations call it on themselves to make provisional assignments

They are getting their data from different sources. BBC getting theirs from Reuters. There is an article on the BBC news site talking about this

I don't know if this link will take you to the full explanation, but as others have said, it's Arizona. AP and Fox have called it as a Biden win, and those who accept their news feed (like the Guardian) have followed them. Other media, followed by media like the BBC, haven't yet made that call.
