Internationally a Trump presidency was bad for the free world of which we are a part. Biden is up for the new G10, which Trump wasn’t.
The realities of Brexit will sadly mean that from now on there will be a disconnect between US relations with Europe and with the UK. That’ll be the case no matter who’s in the White House.
But if it’s trade deals we are on about, the US is the powerful partner in and agreement, again no matter who is US president.
All this stuff about the Good Friday agreement is alarmist. Britain isn’t going to “break” it. In any case Brexit is a reality or will be.
I also refuse to believe that in a personal level Johnson and Biden cannot get on: it’s probably been forgotten on the Democrat side that Johnson backed Obama in 2008. No doubt Johnson will remind them.

It is very good for China(their investment has paid off) and Russia. Not so good for Britain methinks. Anyone seen the picture of Biden with his arm around an IRA fugitive and alongside a smiling Gerry Adams? They were having "meaningful" discussions on a united Ireland at the time. I suppose he would have got on well with the wannabe marxist Corbyn.
We really should have had a trade deal done before this election. We completed one with Japan back in September. The fact that we haven't got one with the US tells you what you need to know about Trump's keenness to work with us and our competence in letting it get to November when a deal is needed by Jan 1 and Biden if he wins isn't even due to be sworn in until weeks after that.
A trade deal with Biden's administration will be different to one with Trump's. Probably better for us in some ways, worse in others, overall whether it was better or worse would depend on what was most important to you but there wouldn't be much in it.
The real difference would be in world stability and progress towards sustainability, which I think is likely to be better under Biden as he seems to be more inclusive and less out for himself.

I am not sure about outcomes but I do think, from what I know of him, that, unlike Trump, he is capable of setting aside his own opinions and wishes to consider the bigger picture and that his word is more likely to be trustworthy. Trump will say anything...support anybody....till he changes his mind.
I cannot read that Danny.
I am well aware or what Democrats have said about Brexit and the Good Friday agreement. It’s probably too late to point out that this was one if the reasons for voting for it in the first place. Any trade deal with the US will be primarily in the interests of the US no matter what
