I don't think there's any substance to the suggestion that Biden is anti-American. I'm also not convinced by the idea that Biden is anti-British, especially given that he's now called Johnson ahead of any other European countries -- some outlets earlier were suggesting that Johnson would be called last (or at least behind France and Germany etc), which turned out not to be the case.

I think you're being pessimistic about future US/UK relations. If anything, they'll be healthier, because the US will soon have a leader who isn't a egotistical megalomaniac. But we'll see.
