I voted for him in the election along with millions of others in the North of England, seeing as someone who seemed to understand and be on the same wavelength as us Northern working class folk. However during this crisis it seems he has always playing catch up, never leading and in thrall to his scientific advisers who seems to be setting policy at the moment. Now all the backstabbing going on in no. 10 and his girlfriend now seems to be running the show by the backdoor. I have no confidence he won't make a pigs ear out of distributing the vaccine. I think the new year would be a good time to go along with matt Hancock. Rishi sunak should take over.

There are plenty of anecdotal incidences of people being given +ve rest results without having taken the test.

Mostly this has been due to name mix-ups, the wrong John Smith getting the call etc.

Surely when getting the test your name and details would be entered into a programme? And someone merely not turning up wouldn't have that done ?

The argument of a 80 seat majority doesnt really stand. You vote for the Party and only partially for the leader and the direction.

Boris has shown himself to be incompetent and disappears all the time. He is no leader and once we are out the EU he should move aside for new blood to take us into the new chapter.

That doesn’t make sense either. They’re not looking for people’s names in the phone book. As Bobbi said, those being tested have their details registered. It’s not anecdotal - it’s not even clever pot stirring. It's just plain stupid.
