It seems to be the newer phrase for institutional or systemic racism... which means the answer is- nobody really knows.
What, if any, is the difference between 'structural' racism and 'institutional' racism?

Perhaps the sentences given to to some non-white folk are out of kilter compared to white offenders?
There is no straightforward definition for 'Structural racism' therefore it's all pure conjecture.

The point is more whether you would have had exactly the same opportunity, trust and so on, if you had been a different colour.

No one can answer that, Pix. There are too many variables.
question should be, why so many young black boys in london are turning to crime..let's not beat around the bush, when you have free education for all, no one wants to talk about it.

Black people commit more crimes, the culture makes crime more acceptable, they get treated less favourably and turn to crime, they get arrested more often, they get charged more often, they get more severe sentences when they are.... infinite really. And no way of telling.

Within the prison population, Pakistani Muslims are over represented compared to the general population.
Same with African ethnicity.
