What Does Lady Victoria Starmer Do?
Keir Starmer says that his wife works in the NHS and is a key worker but never says what role she has in the NHS....it has been said that she is an Occupational Therapist which she is not, then that she works in Occupational Health (???) by qualification she is a solicitor but does anybody know what her actual NHS job is?

I couldn't find her on the register so I contacted the Health Professions Council and shortly afterwards that was removed from the online articles and some of them replaced the word "Therapist" with "Health". Its also been suggested that she works in child advocacy but so far as I am aware, that is a legal and not an NHS role.
Here is what NHS OH provide:
Occupational health activities are likely to include:
ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations - and helping maintain a healthy workforce
offering pre-employment health assessments
preventing and removing health risks arising in the workplace and advising on ergonomic issues and workplace design
providing screening and surveillance services in the initial stages of ill health and developing solutions to keep staff with health issues at work
providing independent and professional diagnosis, prognosis and advice on staff unable to work due to long-term or short-term intermittent health problems, and organisational wide steps to reduce sickness absence
lifestyle, health promotion and wellbeing services increasing productivity and staff retention.
Lots of scope there

yes I did barry, I also contacted the HPC to ask if they were aware that she was being described as an Occupational Therapist in the media. Its what I did before I retired and use of the title is strictly controlled. They said they were not aware and would investigate. Shortly afterwards the internet articles in question were edited or removed. I just wonder why the big mystery....I mean its not a state secret or a huge invasion of privacy.
