Ellipses, that tweet is so true and I can relate to it. It's ok going to see your GP but your family, friends and colleagues need to be understanding as well if you choose to approach them. When I tried to talk to a manager a few years back she was very dismissive of my mental state at the time and told me I was luckier than most and should be grateful for what I've got.

From what I have heard and a couple of videos I have watched something doesn't sit right.
She says she was refused help from the Royal Family yet Harry says he never had a conversation with his family about it because it just isn't a conversation that would be had.

We don't actually know that anybody was "racist". This is because the Duchess has declined to name her tormentor or to elaborate more on what was said (other than "I wonder what colour your babies' skin will be" - which is not at all racist).
There seems to be this widespread opinion that whatever she says must be believed. I'm not of that opinion. And since she is unlikely to elaborate on her accusations, I'll remain that way.

well what with Harry not knowing the line of succession and titles when it comes to Princes and Princesses, he certainly didn't get it across to her what the benefits and costs are - as in a life of luxury and, rule 1, Her Maj (Or to be His Maj) is the focus of the RF, no one else and, rule 2, you zip your mouth when it comes to making public opinions.

Just because Charles had a crush on a woman of colour back in his younger days, does not preclude him from making a racist observation towards a woman marrying into the Royal Family.
For the record, I think the remark may simply have been misinterpreted, but it's clouded in mystery and we may never know who said what, or how it was received.
Also for the record, I don't think Charles has a racist bone in his body, but that has nothing to do with the fact that he once fancied a black woman - the two are not mutually exclusive in any sensible analysis.
