Anyone Been Watching The Derek Chauvin Trial?
I presume we're allowed to talk about it as it's all live-streamed on US tv.

ZM a psychopath and a racist. Haha I have seen it all now. ZM and I have had many run-ins but let me assure you Untitled (or should it be unhinged looking at the rantings on this post) ZM has never displayed the traits of a psychopath nor has he ever displayed and signs of being a racist. I think an apology is in order for this one.

Not really, ever, I have seen that many times in people with asthma and copd.
What do you honestly expect them to say...? "My oxygen level has decreased enough to be uncomfortable and scary, possibly to the risk of my life. It may or may not be temporary though, so no panic"?
Seriously, if you are struggling to breathe... it's always urgent.

CORBYLOON //One of the witnesses estimated the equipment Chauvin carried weighed up to 40lb so that's nearly three stone to add on.//
40 lbs! what the hell did this 'witness' think he was carrying? that's almost the weight of a full army backpack, & there's no need in court for a witness to make such an estimation - what Chauvin was carrying can be easily demonstrated to within a few ounces.

//Not sure what is supposed to be 'selective' about the video - it's clear what went on//
Of course it is. Only the corporate media only show the knee/neck part of the video which did look bad. From what Paingtonian said yesterday, at least some of them must be 'tampering' with the sound so you can't hear the threats and abuse from the bystanders.
If you haven't seen the first 20 minutes, George was complaining he couldn't breathe when he was sat in his own car and was clearly under the influence. It went downhill from there.

Yet again- this is not about Floyd. He is dead. This is about Chauvin, and whether he, as a character, is safe- particularly as a police officer (which I think you would agree? Should be safer than most).
You still seem to be suggesting that if someone is killed- but turn out to be a criminal, that the "lucky outcome" absolves the killer?
Floyd is dead, you can forget him. What do you think of Chauvin, as a professional man?

Do I? I think you'd LIKE me to suggest or even state that, but I haven't because it's patently ridiculous. Peoples opinions of whether Chauvin's actions were wrong are irrelevant. It is being decided by a court of law.
What is a fact is that the world is a better place because of his actions. You cannot deny that.
