...you know, it's quite possible, as Anton Yelchin discovered with an automatic that you can leave it in D and get out! How sad would it be if they didn't get out of the way in time? Would that be a crime?

if you're so keen on the death penalty, get out and administer it yourself, brave boy. Get on your bike.
You need help.
It would be, yes.

well I'd lose no sleep over those douche bags anyway wolf.
If you'd happily run over someone in the road you shouldn't be in charge of a vehicle.
Question Author
I would with this vermin.
It doesn't even matter if it "was" an accident, ttt. If you injure someone while driving, it is "your" responsibility. You would have to prove they had literally jumped out in front of you, and you had no way of knowing.
No you wouldn't TTT. You would sit here beeping your horn in frustration. Possibly wetting your pants, too.

Manslaughter, for negligence, perhaps.

You've thoughtfully shared the details of your wicked 'ahem' accident on the World Wide Web too - that should speed up the legal process.

Numpty.
