I didn't know that the mother had murdered her lover - I just read a tribute from her own mother and that she was in jail for an "unrelated" offence - I thought that meant drugs or such.
What chance had Arthur when both his parents from the start were murderers.

" - they all could have been saved if social services had a clue, when are we going to scrap them and replace with something that works.
