"Gromit, of course the police said there was no case to answer. The boss is a staunch Labourite.... that's why Starmer could confidently say he'd resign IF a penalty was issued. He knew damn well he was safe."
and
"His mate, the Crime & Police Commissioner's certainly a person with power - and she is certainly his friend."
Your comments seem to show that you simply cannot accept that SKS did nothing wrong, but all you can say in supprt is that you think people lied about it for political reasons. You are entitled to your beliefs, but they are only beliefs and could get you into trouble if you made such comments in court.

//Atheist, You can’t? Perhaps your not looking properly - or perhaps you don’t want to.
In connection with this JNO (possibly on a different thread) mentioned that Starmer is a lawyer - and therefore he would know the law.//
……as you would reasonably expect of the Prime Minister who implemented said laws, no?
Keep going, you’ve reached rock bottom and are now starting to dig. Lol!

Naomi, when asked for evidence of incompetence or corruption, you've replied "I've said what I think", i.e. your belief or opinion, based on nothing, and completely the opposite to what the police found, based on evidence.
It's classic ... unable to accept a truth that doesn't conform to your worldview, you invent your own truth. Donald, and Boris, would be impressed.
Incidentally the UK police are not known for their left-leaning tendencies, and so how a supposedly corrupt PCC would persuade all of them to corrupt themselves too in favour of the leader of the Labour Party ... it's just fantasy stuff ... make-believe ...

Everybody from all sides knew they were going to be cleared months ago because we all knew Durham police were not going to issue any retrospective FPNs. I am fine they got off, what I don't understand is why their drink and curry with staff was a legitimate work event when almost identical behaviour at No 10 was not and was even more heinous because people weren't allowed to see dying relatives. Totally irrelevant but a great guilt ball.
