I wonder how many of those caught up in the queues voted for Brexit. We travelled to France dozens of times when we were in the EU and were never held up at French border control (which was often unmanned as it didn't need to check anything). I hopr Brexiteers are sent to the back of the queue.

I lived 27 years in France (on a permanent basis) ... In the end, I retired to Spain as we'd had enough & it's much cheaper over here. 18/10/2019

I'm a British citizen who worked hard in the UK for many years and paid plenty in taxes. Like hundreds of thousands of retired Brits I now live in Spain.

Why do I think the UK should be in the EU? Because I am concerned for the future of my children and grandchildren, in particular. So far, Brexit has seriously damaged that future, IMHO, and looks to continue to do so.

As for my nailing my colours to the mast, I have always done so, and proudly. I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to take a very broad view of the world and my opinions are reached based on that view. If you guys (& gals) wish to keep your heads firmly buried in the sand, I wish you well for the future.
