I have absolutely no idea who Holly and Phil are but assume because they had press passes that they are something to do with the media. Perhaps their tight schedule made it impossible for them to queue, or maybe they just (like many) couldn't be arsed.

Willoughby and Schofield jumped the queue but, like much of the press who are allowed to do likewise, they cannot pause at the side of the coffin. Instead, they have to make their way straight to the press gallery.
Therefore, they must have been 'on duty' no doubt filming something for an upcoming edition of their tv show.
