From the link:
/Liz is 'f*****' - former minister claims letters of no confidence already being submitted against the PM
The disquiet with Conservative MPs over the mini-budget is growing.
One Tory MP who served as a minister under Boris Johnson has told Sky News: "Liz is f*****."
"She is taking on markets and the Bank of England.
"Her, Kwasi, Philp and Simon [McGee] are playing A-level economics with people's lives. You cannot have monetary policy and fiscal policy at loggerheads. Something has to give."
The source also claimed moves to trigger a vote of no confidence in Ms Truss's leadership were already underway:
"They are already putting letters in as think she will crash the economy. The tax cuts don’t matter as all noise anyway - mainly reversing back to the status quo this year./
Not my asterisks, from the actual link itself.
GE on the way shortly?

//why cant people just calm down and see how things pan out for once? I seriously doubt this is true, or will trigger a VONC, unless the tories really want to disintegrate//
Because there are imminent crises that need addressing post haste but the government don’t have the nouse, wherewithal nor backing of their own backbenchers even.
It’s like watching a car crash in slow motion.

what would be the point in sending no confidence letters? if the tory party had a new leadership election tomorrow or next month then what makes anybody think there would be a different result?
the MPs chose to let her through to the final and the party membership chose her... what reason is there to think they would choose differently?
i do not care for Truss at all but she is doing exactly what she said she would... if the tories are upset then they really need to pay more attention to the leaders that they foist upon the rest of us!!!

I seriously doubt that they reckoned she’d beat Sunak.
Schoolboy error though, they forgot that those making the final choice were predominantly in the 50+ demographic and aren’t overly keen on seeing ethnic minorities getting the actual top job.
They’ve caused their own implosion.

//What have I told you about ringing Sky, pretending to be a Conservative Minister, Fatticus.
One day the real minister will be sat in the studio when you ring.//
Ah, questioning the sources again me old china? Not seen a panic like this since the last VONC, have we?
Remember how that went? PMSL

//A majority of Conservative Party members believe that Islam is a threat to the British way of life, according to a poll.
The survey, by anti-racism campaigners Hope Not Hate, also found that nearly two-thirds of Tory activists believe the religion is "a threat to western civilisation".
Labour said the findings showed that "Islamophobia and racism are ingrained" among some Conservative members.
According to the poll, 54% of the Tory rank-and-file believe that Islam is “generally a threat to the British way of life”.
"Boris Johnson has a lot to answer for - both because of his own record of racism and Islamophobia, including just last year comparing Muslim women to 'bank robbers' and 'letterboxes', and because of the likelihood that these Tory Party members will vote for him as leader.
"He should be held to account for it and have the decency to apologise.
“Johnson has already broken his promise on holding an independent inquiry into Islamophobia in the Conservative Party, but anything short of that will be an insult to anyone who believes in fighting racism of all kinds and particularly Muslim communities, and will compound the hurt and anguish that is already being felt in our country.”//
It’s obvious that regardless of him being Hindu not Muslim that his skin colour wouldn’t be acceptable to members in the final vote.
You are very concerned about it though for a non-Tory.
Why would that be?

I'm not a Conservative but I'll guarantee that;
Cathy Newman 'So, Minister. You must be suicidal at the state of your ridiculous party'
Tory Grandee ' That's an understatement, Cath. She's ***d. Most of us have already called for a Vonc'
Didn't happen.
That would explain why a link expert like yourself, deliberately, put up a link to Live Sky News.
I'd sooner have another lobotomy than sit through 5 minutes of that dross.
So yes, in short, I'm questioning your sources.
I will of course apologise if you can restore any vestige of credibility you may have once had and prove this happened.
