Oh dear!

https://news.sky.com/story/labour-party-conference-live-battle-lines-drawn-with-mini-budget-frontbencher-says-labour-shouldnt-reverse-basic-rate-income-tax-cut-12593360

From the link:

/Liz is 'f*****' - former minister claims letters of no confidence already being submitted against the PM
The disquiet with Conservative MPs over the mini-budget is growing.
One Tory MP who served as a minister under Boris Johnson has told Sky News: "Liz is f*****."
"She is taking on markets and the Bank of England.
"Her, Kwasi, Philp and Simon [McGee] are playing A-level economics with people's lives. You cannot have monetary policy and fiscal policy at loggerheads. Something has to give."
The source also claimed moves to trigger a vote of no confidence in Ms Truss's leadership were already underway:
"They are already putting letters in as think she will crash the economy. The tax cuts don’t matter as all noise anyway - mainly reversing back to the status quo this year./

Not my asterisks, from the actual link itself.
GE on the way shortly?

//Exactly, TCL, that poll is about Conservative party members, not MPs and as such does not support Fatti’s assertion that those MPs weren’t ‘overly keen on seeing ethnic minorities getting the actual top job’.
He just makes things up as he goes along and expects people to believe him.
Fatti - you seem to think (in your usual non-sequitur way) that this means I support the Conservative party. It doesn’t. It just means I love pointing out when you’re talking utter crap.//

You’re not sticking to the script me old china! Lol.
oh dear - if only there was a viable alternative!
It's pretty obvious now that politicians can't decide who is fit for number 10 so there is only one option left GE.

….and that was even BEFORE the full effects of the Mickey Mouse Mini Budget were felt! Lol
A military coup would be less painful and would spare us weeks of shameless lying from unemployable skivers and chancers.
//…they forgot that those making the final choice were predominantly in the 50+ demographic and aren’t overly keen on seeing ethnic minorities getting the actual top job.//

What utter drivel.

//A majority of Conservative Party members believe that Islam is a threat to the British way of life, ***according to a poll.***//

Who commissioned the poll? Anti-racism campaigners “Hope Not Hate.” What a surprise. Of course, as you’ve pointed out, Mr Sunak is a Hindu, not a Muslim, but I suppose ignorant, xenophobic, geriatric Conservative members cannot be expected to know (or care about) the difference.

As an aside there is very little significant difference between the age profile of Conservative Party members and those of Labour. The average age of Tory Party members is 57, Labour 54. 82% of Tory Party members are over 40, 79% for Labour. If the Labour Party elected its leader in the same way as the Tories, it is almost certain that those making that choice would be predominantly in the 50+ demographic group.
Thanks for putting up those links, Fatticus.
I just love my threads, lol.
1. Was about an MP who turned down £17,000 she was entitled to. As I said, I thought we could all agree that was a good thing.
2. Was joshing with our Scotch friends. (they love it)
3. Was about an MP accused of fraud.
4. Was about US 'Fact' Checkers.

How any of that proves I'm a Conservative, I don't know.
Didn't mention them (or Labour) once.

But you’ll ignore the other links eh New Judge? Obviously! Lol.

When a Tory baroness knows the party is racist it’s clear the game is up.

But the party isn’t racist….is it?

I’ve pointed out who commissioned the poll. And who owns the companies behind the reporting of it.

Spicerack,

…..yet the OP headline was:
Labour M P Charged With Housing Fraud..(not ‘just an MP’ as you claimed).

As for the Scots thing, we know me old china, we know…..

Lol.
I can't see any connection.
I can see that you appear to think that everyone who doesn't vote Labour (and whinge incessantly) must vote Conservative (and drive around in a Jaguar)
And vice-versa.
You are mistaken.

It’s not that difficult tbf.
If you read the Evening Standard story it claims Tory MPs 'are prepared' to vote against Truss. Well, I'm prepared to marry Kylie Minogue should she favour me with her attention.
