She's said "We must and we will find another democratic, lawful and constitutional means by which the Scottish people can express their will.............."
Note the word 'lawful'. This is just another example of her delusion / blind ambition. She's said this just after being told that Westminster would legally need to give permission. It's like watching a stubborn goat banging it's head on an Oak tree, thinking it can move it.
another democratic, lawful and constitutional means
yeah I clocked that
I thought it was that she would NOT declare UDI (*) for 'er nation'
and
that was a contrast to Trump ( vox pop as she is) who advocated all sorts of naughtiness to get what he wanted....
(*) UDI rhodesia 1965 and that .... yeah yeah I know 1000 ABers will whine in unison triumphantly - "what Rhodesia den", sortta kinda inevitable innit?
Maggie - as a Scot, had to look up drintling - very appropriate - making a noise like turkeys.
As a Scot, I am not in favour of independence, but I am constantly amazed that people cannot grasp that a party whose raison d'être is largely indepndence might be trying everything they can to achieve it.
// I am constantly amazed that people cannot grasp that a party whose raison d'être is largely independence might be trying everything they can to achieve it.//
And I am constantly amazed that Scots who don't want independence repeatedly vote in large numbers for the party that does!
Davebro - I don't vote SNP, but many who do, it is a dislike of the Tories, (although when Ruth Davidson was their leader in Scotland there was a bit of a resurgence) and to poor performance by a succession of Scottish Labour leaders, but with Anas Sarwar now doing better.
perseverer: "As a Scot, I am not in favour of independence" - neither is the wee un, she just wants to prostrate herself at the foot of the EUSSR. She is basically driven by a pathological hatred of England. Which is odd because it is England that pays for Scotland.
