Why should Ms Guiffre be 'gagged'?
She lives in a country that embraces the concept of free speech, and she should not be denied that freedom because exercising her right may embarrass a boorish idiot who is entirely the architect of his own misfortune.

I found it interesting that for her it wasn’t about the money, and all she wanted was her day in court, but when millions were on the table, her wish for her day in court vanished.

I remain mystified as to the volume and venom of hostility this woman attracts.
She did not sue for £12 million, it was offered to her as a settlement, and given the option of stopping the ongoing nightmare of having her ordeal at the hands of Epstein dragged on and on in public, it's unsurprising that she took it.
The gagging order is not something she fought, or objected to, and if its termination gives her the right to tell her story wherever she pleases, then again, that is her right.

And anyone who thinks she continued voluntarily knows next to nothing about how grooming and abuse set-ups work, and should look into some detail about those situations before assuming that she was automatically a willing participant.
