Sunak has defended Braverman, after she asked Civil servants to help get her Special treatment
after she was booked for speeding. She asked them how to avoid points on her licence , and how to avoid attending a speed awareness course with other people. I/E (members of the public).
....After all she is a member of CPPC.,,,,, One law for them again..

So in the end ,Braverman Paid the fine and had three points on her licence. Why didn't she do that in the first place ,instead of thinking she was a Privileged person and above the law.

Why on earth did Sunak defend Braverman.?
Is he trying to commit political suicide for the Cons.
Just another nail in the Tory coffin at the GE.
It's a lively sunny day here...
Lovely as well as lively.
Good day to be out and enjoying life. Assume its miserable where you live gulliver?
The level of personal abuse on this thread is unacceptable, any more and I will close or delete.

Please stick to commenting on the topic. Avoiding casual racism whilst doing so would also be good.
Why wouldn't someone defend one of the best MPs their party (and parliament) has ? The PM ought to look closer at his own reputation though.

Why on earth are you making this up as go along. Your constant misinformation gives no credence with any of your posts as due to ineptitude you never provide a link.

//On Sunday, Sunak declined to publicly back Braverman following the allegations.

Sunak, no stranger to car-related fines himself, did not express support when asked three times at a press conference in Hiroshima, where he attended talks with G7 leaders and Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky.

"I don't know the full details of what has happened nor have I spoken to the home secretary," he said.

"I think you can see first hand what I have been doing over the last day or so but I understand that she's expressed regret for speeding, accepted the penalty and paid the fine."///

Don't know why Braverman wanted to act like a true blue, and escape punishment, because she thinks she is in the elite privileged above the Law Con crony club Even if she lost her driving licence she has a chauffeur driven limousine ,Tax payer funded awaiting her just by snapping her fingers.

She may have heard something and knows she'll need her licence soon. :-)
though as previously written she would have retained her anonymity if attended a zoom meeting and saved penalty points.

yeah it is a pity that no onee in the London office knew that
or told her that.
