The Heritage Foundation are a right wing organisation who hate almost everyone. They thrived during Trump’s Presidency and promoted all the Trump was unfairly beaten conspiracy theories that culminated in the insurrection on Capitol Hill.
I am not the least bid surprised they don’t like Harry. But they don’t speak for most Americans, they are very much a fringe player.

yes, they are correct in refusing to release it. Being a UK prince seems the very definition of "extraordinary exemption". It's hardly the ordinary course of things that a british Prince asks for a visa to live in the USA
