Yes, a dreadful accident, especially at a worthwhile occasion.  My thoughts are with her family & friends.

I know it's all for a worthwhile charity but these types of challenges/games should stop now. Not worth the risk. Something where volunteers are not going to come to harm is fine. Terrible for family,friends & audience.

Was this particular challenge a common one?  Surely it's obvious it's dangerous and would block you up.  It would be like stuffing yourself with cotton wool especially at speed.   So sad.   I'm so sorry for her family.

you could ban people from running dodgy contests; but marshmallows aren't obviously dodgy, there are much more risky competitions.
