an aid convoy supplying gaza was hit by an israeli airstrike, killing seven aid workers three of whom have been confirmed to be british. 

World Central Kitchen was one of the main organisations left that was still supplying food to the population of gaza (about 60% of what gets in) and has now paused its operations.. they say that they liaised with the IDF and were fired upon anyway 

almost 200 aid workers have been killed in gaza since october

was this really an accident?

10:41, ok you can trace the conflict back as far as you like but the fact remains, if Hamas had not done their party piece on 7th Oct, this chapter would not have started. They had no need to do what they did they had an autonomous region from which to indulge their barbaric religion, unmolested by Israel, indeed assisted by Israel and they blew it, they threw all that away. If you cannot see that then you are being wilfully ignorant.

Thank you for the update Retro, indeed I stand corrected. It still doesn't answer why an unarmed aid convoy was targeted by the Israelis in a so-called safe zone.

World Central Kitchen has said the three Britons were in the WCK Security Team.

Given the circumstances in Gazza, does it not make sense to have a security team in the field to assist and advise those working for the charity?

Whether their security folk are doing it for free or are sub-contracted makes no difference to the fact three of them were killed by the IDF.

it seems obvious to me that we will be told ( hands on hearts). that they (IDF) were told they were armed hamas and not aid. and such a whoopsie will never happen again. end of.
